What is the applicability of the ball-pressure test to parts of insulating material supporting live parts?

See question.
Decision:
For parts of insulating material covering live parts which occasionally are in contact with live parts of different potential, the ball-pressure test is carried out at 75 deg C.
For parts of insulating material like the insulation covering snap-on connectors, only the glow-wire test is carried out.
