Question:
For a floor standing luminaire designed for indirect lighting and fitted with R7s halogen lamp. The luminaire turns over on a 15° inclinated plane; should the temperature of the illuminated surface be measured? If yes, at what distance from the lighting source?
Decision:
For such a luminaire the "lighted objects test" is not required in abnormal conditions. Only the mounting surface must beconsidered with the luminaire in the most unfavourable position.
