Question:
The standard does not specify the cross-sectional area and length of the conductor that shall be welded to the clamping unit.
Decision:
To weld on the clamping unit of figure 44, a rigid conductor having a cross-sectional area equal to that given in Table 15 used for the test of the corresponding fixed accessories (for example 2,5 mm2 for 16 A socket-outlets) and a length of at least 1 m.
