想请问下，Luminaires incorporating an integral method of switching shall not draw power in the off state.
Exception: Luminaires with integral motion sensors, photosensors or individually addressable luminaires with external control and intelligence shall consume no more than 1 watt in the off state.
Exception: Power supplies connected to multiple luminaires may draw up to 1.5 watts in the off state.
Exception: External power supplies (EPS) employed to power luminaires shall meet the level V performance requirements under the International Efficiency Marking Protocol and include the level V marking on the EPS.看了待机功耗要求，还不是很清楚，能帮忙解释下吗？最低要求是多少W?谢谢~~
