VDE又出难题？

strength test as specified in clause 15.3, reduced to 1500 V has not
been fulfilled.
按照15.3条款所要求的，在正常操作（2000次带载和6000次不带载）后的电气强度测试中，在减少到1500V的测试中未通过。
Flashovers between the contact tubes and a metal foil at the engagement
face of the connector have been occurred at 940 V and 1000 V
在 940 V and 1000 V时，导电铜管和尾插端面的金属箔发生闪络。
是IEC-C7连接器，怎么解决，请大家帮忙！ 沒有更好辦法,換端子,用好的材質端子! 这个实验并不仅仅是端子的问题，影响因素太多。近期VDE常出事。其实SAA那边以前也经常有失败的案例。 內模尺寸,端子形狀及裝配效果均有可能影響到實際的效果,需要參照標準一一核實.
