LED driver做CE，变压器是否需要绝缘系统？

备注：绕线的温度已经超过90度。
需要！！1 CE不用做绝缘系统吧，到时会给变压器骨架做球压，而且绕组温升不能超过限值 不用绝缘系统！ 材料温度达到就可以了，不用绝缘系统 :):)球压，温升 UL的绝缘系统，只是做UL有效。做ETL认证都可以不需要UL的绝缘系统，只有材料的温度符合相关等级就OK了。CE更是这样的。 明天就垒窝 发表于 2012-7-3 12:47 static/image/common/back.gif

ETL要绝缘系统的吧 CE could be self-declared, if the testing requirements of the UL standard are same with those of the IEC and EN standards, then you can use the data of UL report to declare your own CE for LED driver, I am not familiar with the standards for LED driver, but I believe the insulation system is the key element for it, so some tests which required by both UL standard and IEC/EN standards for the insulation system should be evaluated, but no need to separately declare the CE for insulation system, your CE should be declared based on the standards&directives for LED driver, by the way, if the UL standard No. is something like UL6**** which of the numbers are same with the IEC/EN standards, then you definitely can use the data of UL report to declare some directives, such as the LVD directive, but for EMC directive, if applicable for your products, then you need to do the required EMC tests which described in the EN/IEC standards, cause you know, UL standards only cover the safety requirements, and normally EMC is not indicated in UL standards, so that's why I mentioned EMC should be evaluated separately.
By the way, if the voltage rating of you LED driver is less than 50Vac and/or 75Vdc, then LVD could be ignored.
Hopefully, it can clarify... CE中的变压器不需要提供UL绝缘系统，但变压器的线圈，胶带，BOBBIN，TAPE，凡立水的温度应与宣称等级相符合。
