UL1598的灯具 必要的标识是不是这些

1.制造商 ，2.制造工厂名 ，3.型号.   4日期：至少年月. 5. 额定输入电压，频率.6.带变压器和镇流器的需另加上总电流或总功率. 1和2有什么区别？
